There will be opportunities for participants to meet individually with Program Managers during TTO-assigned 20-minute blocks from:
8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. EDT on October 28, 2025
These meetings must be requested through the registration website, on a first come, first served basis with up to 3 sessions available to each individual registrant. Discussions can be held at up to TOP SECRET (with SCI eligibility). Requests must be received no later than 4:00 pm EDT on September 29, 2026.

For these one-on-one meetings, the registration website will contain functionality to designate the Program Manager in which the registrant is interested in meeting, so that TTO may assign an appropriate Program Manager.
All requests must be received no later than the registration cutoff date. TTO will assign Program Managers, location, and times; and communicate these to registrants by 4:00 p.m. ET on September 24, 2025.
The one-on-one meetings will be held in-person at DARPA and may be up to TOP SECRET (with SCI elegibility). Classified meetings will require security clearance transmittal as indicated on the Security page.
Special Access Programs are not authorized for discussion during any part of Proposers Day events.
