TTO Office-Wide Solicitation events will be held October 27-28, 2026 in the DARPA Conference Center. The Proposers Day will take place on 10/27. One-on-One Meetings will occur 10/28.

Eligibility

To be eligible to attend Proposers Day (October 27, 2026) and One-on-One meetings (October 28, 2026) in person at the DCC, proposers must:

• Possess an active TOP SECRET clearance, with SCI eligibility as applicable
• Submit security clearances, visit requests, and other applicable documents to DARPA no later than 4:00 pm EDT on September 29, 2026
• Submit a personal biography and statement of interest to TTO no later than 4:00 pm EDT on September 29, 2026
• Receive e-mail confirmation from the Proposers Day Coordinator to attend in person

Due to space limitation within the DCC, in-person attendance will be limited to 90 confirmed attendees, on a first-come, first-served basis. Registrants must receive a confirmation email from the Proposers Day Coordinator to attend in person. No more than 2 representatives per business unit from a company may attend. Participants are encouraged to coordinate attendance internally within their organization, and prioritize technical experts' participation, prior to registration.

E-mail confirmations will be sent to successful registrants on a rolling basis until all slots are filled. Potential registrants are encouraged to submit their materials as early as possible. Registrants will be added to a waitlist if all 2 attendee slots are filled before registration closes.

In-person attendance is limited to U.S. citizens, representing U.S. companies only. Failure to submit all required forms by 4:00 pm EDT on September 29, 2026, may result in registration request cancellations.
