Registration Guidelines

Registration closes at September 29, 2026 at 4:00 PM EDT. Proposers must register through this registration website. Submitting a biography and statememnt of interest is required to successfully register and be eligible to attend Proposers Day (October 27, 2026) and One-on-One meetings (October 28, 2026).

TTO will assign One-on-One meetings between TTO Program Managers and registrants based on the content of their personal biography and statement of interest. One-on-One meetings will likely be held up to the clearance level of the confirmed attendees. Confirmed attendees can expect to be assigned up to 2 One-on-One meetings with TTO Program Managers.

General guidelines for the personal biography and statement of interest submissions:

  • All submissions must be written in English.
  • Electronic submittals shall be in Microsoft Word or PDF format.
  • All documents submitted much be clearly labelled with the DARPA-SN-26-105.
  • Personal Biography. Individual biography—not to exceed 2 paragraphs—for each Proposers Day attendee (maximum of 2) describing their relevant background and qualifications to participate effectively in the technical discussion.
  • Statement of Interest. Provide a 1-paragraph statement of interest that highlights current research topic areas, ongoing technical focus, and/or desired high-level impact on current and future battlefields. This statement will be reviewed to match confirmed attendees with TTO Program Managers for One-on-One meeting (maximum of 2).
  • Respondents are responsible for clearly identifying proprietary information. Submissions containing proprietary information must have the cover page and each page containing such information clearly marked with a label such as "Proprietary" or "Company Proprietary." NOTE: "Confidential" is a classification marking used to control the dissemination of U.S. Government National Security Information as dictated in Executive Order 13526 and should not be used to identify proprietary business information.
  • Do not include elaborate brochures or marketing materials; only include information relevant to the TTO OW Solicitation Topics of Interest (see DARPA-PS-26-123).
  • Send unclassified biographies and statements of interest to DARPA-SN-26-105@darpa.mil. DO NOT SUBMIT CLASSIFIED INFORMATION TO THIS ADDRESS.

Additional Information

Attendance at the TTO Office-Wide Solicitation Proposers Day 2026 is voluntary and is not required to propose to DARPA-PS-26-123 or any subsequent solicitations on this topic. The Proposers Day does not constitute a formal solicitation for proposals. DARPA will not provide reimbursement for costs incurred to participate in this Proposers Day.
