Government-Issued Photo Id Required Upon Check-In

You will be required to show government-issued, photo identification that is compliant with the REAL ID Act of 2005. Normally, this will be a REAL ID compliant state-issued driver's license or passport. Prior to your arrival at the meeting, you should check the Department of Homeland Security website, https://www.dhs.gov/real-id , to ensure your Id is compliant. Permanent Residents (greencard holders) should bring their Permanent Resident card.

 

Required Forms for U.S. Person Foreign Nationals and Permanent Residents:


DARPA Form 60

Foreign National or Permanent Resident attendees, both in-person and virtual, must submit a U.S. Permanent Resident and Foreign National Visit Request (DARPA Form 60) by April 28, 2026 at 3pm EDT. Dual Citizens, when one of the citizenships is U.S. Citizenship, are not required to fill out a Form 60.

NOTE: when you submit your DARPA Form 60 you will not receive an official confirmation from the online portal. Once event registration has closed the Event Manager will confirm your DARPA Form 60 has been received by SID International at DARPA. If you don't hear anything after the registration closes, then your name has been submitted and confirmed. If you receive notice after the registration has closed from the PSR, BFM/Tech SETA or Event Manager your DARPA Form 60 or additional information may still be required.

 

Systems Planning & Analysis' Technology Control Plan and U.S. Persons (Foreign Nationals / Permanent Residents)

If you are a U.S. Person, whether foreign national, permanent resident (greencard holder) - NOT a U.S. Citizen AND you are attending a meeting in-person in a Systems Planning & Analysis facility, you must review the Technology Control Plan, agree to the terms and conditions of, sign "ATTACHMENT A - non-DISCLOSURE STATEMENT" and "ATTACHMENT B - TECHNOLOGY CONTROL PLAN BRIEFING ACKNOWLEDGEMENT", and return these either electronically to sparcc@spa.com or print and bring them with you on the day of the meeting.
