Attendees who would like to present company overviews, discuss technology expertise, and/or discuss teaming opportunities may request to do so in scheduled presentations at the event. Presentations are limited to three (3) minutes each (including logistical issues) and only one (1) Microsoft PowerPoint slide (no build, no animation). Please include your contact information on your slide in a legible font.
Requests to present during the Proposers Day should be requested and scheduled with DISCORD@darpa.mil, as soon as possible. Requests must be received no later than April 30, 2026 at 3pm EDT.
All materials to be displayed at the Proposers Day must be approved in advance by both the organization that funded the research and the DARPA Program Manager. The DARPA Program Manager will screen the proposed material for sensitive but unclassified material and approve in advance an presentations. It is the presenter’s responsibility to ensure that all material they plan to present at the Proposers Day has been approved by the funding organization in advance.
An electronic copy of all material to be presented must be provided to DISCORD@darpa.mil no later than April 30, 2026 at 3pm EDT. There will be no exceptions to this requirement. Companies are free to present, but DARPA does not sponsor that information on the Agency website.
