Security
The event will be conducted at the Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) level and is open only to U.S. persons. All attendees accessing CUI agree to protect CUI in accordance with DoD Instruction 5200.48 CONTROLLED UNCLASSIFIED INFORMATION (CUI) and NIST Special Publication 800-171 Protecting Controlled Unclassified Information in Nonfederal Systems and Organizations. All attendees will be required to present government issued photo identification when requested by the security POC.
Information on DARPA Meetings
All attendees will be asked to pass through a metal detector, as well as place any bags through an x-ray machine. DARPA badges will be handed out. You may be asked to list your DARPA badge number next to your name on a sign in sheet. All DARPA badges must be turned in at the end of day.
Government-Issued Photo ID Required Upon Check-In
You will be required to show government-issued, picture identification that is compliant with the REAL ID Act of 2005. Normally, this will be a state-issued Real ID compliant driver's license for U.S. Citizens and a U.S. Permanent Resident Card or U.S. Passport for U.S. Permanent Residents. Prior to your arrival at the meeting, you should check the Department of Homeland Security website, https://www.dhs.gov/real-id , to ensure your driver's license is compliant. If you are a U.S. Permanent Resident, you must present a U.S. Permanent Resident Card or U.S. Passport if your driver's license is not Real ID compliant.
DARPA Form 104
ALL meeting attendees are required to fill out the DARPA Form 104 to attend the event. Please submit by May 21, 2025 at 5pm EDT.

DARPA Form 60
U.S. Permanent Resident attendees, must submit a U.S. Permanent Resident and Foreign National Visit Request (DARPA Form 60) by May 21, 2025 at 5pm EDT. Dual Citizens, when one of the citizenships is U.S. Citizenship, are not required to fill out a Form 60.
