Upon entry to the event, all attendee will be required to present Government-issued photo identification that is compliant with the REAL ID Act of 2005, and an acceptable proof of U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status (Green Card holders.) Examples include:

Industry Day will be held at the Unclassified level and is open to U.S. Citizens and U.S. Permanent Residents (Green Card holders), representing U.S. companies only.
U.S. Permanent Residents (Green Card holders) representing U.S. companies are required to submit a DARPA eForm 60, “U.S. Permanent Resident and Foreign National Visit Request”. The submission link and instructions for completing the DARPA eForm 60 are provided under the Security tab of the registration website. Failure to complete and submit these forms by January 16, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. ET will result in the cancellation of existing registration.
While the information presented at this Industry Day will be Unclassified, please be aware that the future CyPhER Forge program will involve Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and/or information subject to International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). As a result, participation in the CyPhER Forge program, and therefore this Industry Day, is restricted to U.S. Citizens and U.S. Permanent Residents (Green Card holders), representing U.S. companies only. This restriction is in place to ensure all attendees are eligible to propose to the future CyPhER Forge Program Solicitation.
No cell phones, electronic devices, recording, or photography will be permitted during Industry Day. Storage is available for small electronics.
U.S. Persons or U.S. Permanent Resident attendees must submit a U.S. Permanent Resident and Foreign National Visit Request (DARPA Form 60) by January 16, 2026 at 4pm EST. Dual Citizens, when one of the citizenships is U.S. Citizenship, are not required to fill out a Form 60.

If you receive notice after the registration has closed from the PSR, BFM/Tech SETA or Event Manager your DARPA Form 60 or additional information may still be required.
