Government-Issued Photo ID Required Upon Check-In
You will be required to show government-issued, picture identification that is compliant with the REAL ID Act of 2005. Normally, this will be a state-issued driver's license for U.S. citizens and a passport for foreign nationals. Prior to your arrival at the meeting, you should check the Department of Homeland Security website, https://www.dhs.gov/real-id , to ensure your driver's license is compliant. If you are a U.S. Permanent Resident, please remember to bring your permanent residency card.
Clearances
For the afternoon one-on-one sessions:
The afternoon portion for one-on-one sessions with Program Manager, Michael Mulqueen, may be classified up to collateral Secret level. If a Secret discussion is desired, it is required to transmit security clearances to Amentum. For collateral-level visits, please fax your clearance/visit request to Johnnie Rapier at 571-428-4358 or send it via encrypted e-mail to: Johnnie.Rapier@amentum.com. The requesting FSO may send a visit request via the Defense Information System for Security (DISS), using the SMO Code: 1EL81. The Technical POC is Michael Mulqueen and the Security POC is Michael Gingras. The purpose is to attend the Carbon Crunch Proposers Day (DARPA-SN-26-15). Clearances must be received by the registration closing date (January 28, 2026). Any clearances sent to DARPA will not be forwarded to Amentum.
There will be no exceptions to this requirement.
