Payment Portal

Payments are collected through Stripe. The payment of your total selected during registration is required! Please make your payment the same day as registration or no later than May 26, 2025 at 12pm EDT to avoid delays, loss of your selection, or possible registration cancellation.


STEP 1 - REGISTER TO ATTEND

Register to attend the colloquium: If you are a colloquium participant (not media or staff), there is a mandatory fee of $400.00 which covers the event, a light breakfast, A.M./P.M. breaks and lunch. Following registration, if a fee is required, you'll next be taken to our Stripe payment system, and returned to this site once payment is complete. Read ahead to learn more about the payment process.

REGISTER NOW

Once registeration is complete, if the payment transaction failed or you'd just like to check your payment status, you can follow up on and check your PAYMENT STATUS. This will only confirm the event coordination team's current record of your payment and allow payment to be made if one has not. It will NOT always reflect the real-time status of any financial transaction or refund.



STEP 2 - START PAYMENT PROCESS
  1. Click the Pay Now button.
  2. A new page will be opened taking you to the payment portal.

STEP 3 - ENTER BILLING DETAILS & PAY

Enter your billing details.

  1. Email address to which your payment receipt email should be sent. (Ideally the same address used during registration, if paying for yourself.)
  2. Credit card details.
  3. The name as seen on your credit card.
  4. The zip code on file with your credit card company.
  5. Click the blue "Pay" button.





STEP 4 - PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

You should receive a payment confirmation receipt sent to the email address given earlier in STEP 3, with the details below:

Subject: Your SYSTEMS PLANNING AND ANALYSIS, INC receipt


Please check this payment confirmation reciept to be sure you paid the correct amount before May 26, 2025 at 12pm EDT, using the details given, in order to ensure payment is recorded accurately and reflected in your registration. Please contact Meeting Coordinators and Resilient Software Systems if you have any issues with payment.



STEP 5 - CHECK YOUR REGISTRATION & PAYMENT STATUS

Check your PAYMENT STATUS by providing your registration confirmation code in STEP 1.

  1. Go to the PAYMENT STATUS page.
  2. Reference your Registration Confirmation Email and Confirmation Code, and perhaps copy the Confirmation Code
  3. Enter or paste your REGISTRATION Confirmation Code.
  4. Hit the "Verify" button.
