Foreign National or Permanent Resident attendees, both in-person and virtual, must submit a U.S. Permanent Resident and Foreign National Visit Request (DARPA Form 60) by January 23, 2025 at 12pm EST. Dual Citizens, when one of the citizenships is U.S. Citizenship, are not required to fill out a Form 60.

Once event registration has closed the Event Manager will confirm your DARPA Form 60 has been received by SID International at DARPA. If you don't hear anything after the registration closes, then your name has been submitted and confirmed. If you receive notice after the registration has closed from the PSR, BFM/Tech SETA or Event Manager your DARPA Form 60 or additional information may still be required.
