All attendees will be asked to pass through a metal detector, as well as place any bags through an x-ray machine. Cell phones and other electronics are allowed in the meeting room for this meeting. DARPA badges will be handed out, as well as name badges. You will be asked to list your DARPA badge number next to your name on the sign in sheet. All DARPA badges must be turned in at the end of each day.
You will be required to show government-issued, picture identification that is compliant with the REAL ID Act of 2005. Normally, this will be a state-issued driver's license for U.S. citizens and a passport for foreign nationals, but not all states are compliant with the REAL ID Act. Prior to your arrival at the meeting, you should check the Department of Homeland Security website, https://www.dhs.gov/real-id , to ensure your driver's license is compliant. If you are a U.S. Permanent Resident, please remember to bring your permanent residency card.
ALL meeting attendees are required to fill out the DARPA Form 104 to attend the event. Please submit by April 16, 2025 at 5pm EDT.

Foreign National or Permanent Resident attendees, both in-person and virtual, must submit a U.S. Permanent Resident and Foreign National Visit Request (DARPA Form 60) by April 8, 2025. Dual Citizens, when one of the citizenships is U.S. Citizenship, are not required to fill out a Form 60.
