Government-Issued Photo ID Required Upon Check-In

You will be required to show government-issued, picture identification that is compliant with the REAL ID Act of 2005. Normally, this will be a state-issued driver's license for U.S. citizens and a passport for foreign nationals, but not all states are compliant with the REAL ID Act. Prior to your arrival at the meeting, you should check the Department of Homeland Security website, https://www.dhs.gov/real-id , to ensure your driver's license is compliant. If you are a U.S. Permanent Resident, please remember to bring your permanent residency card.

 

DARPA Form 104

ALL meeting attendees are required to fill out the DARPA Form 104 to attend an event in the DCC.

Sessions

There are two sessions, a morning session and an afternoon session. They are NOT redundant. All participants who attend the afternoon session are also required to attend the morning session.

 

Morning Session

The morning session is UNCLASSIFIED and the ONLY session open to Non-U.S. Citizens (U.S. Persons, Permanent Residents, or Foreign Nationals).

DARPA Form 60

Foreign National or Permanent Resident attendees, both in-person and virtual, must submit a U.S. Permanent Resident and Foreign National Visit Request (DARPA Form 60) by February 10, 2025 at 5pm EST. Dual Citizens, when one of the citizenships is U.S. Citizenship, are not required to fill out a Form 60.

NOTE: when you submit your DARPA Form 60 you will not receive an official confirmation from the online portal. Once event registration has closed the Event Manager will confirm your DARPA Form 60 has been received by SID International at DARPA. If you don't hear anything after the registration closes, then your name has been submitted and confirmed. If you receive notice after the registration has closed from the PSR, BFM/Tech SETA or Event Manager your DARPA Form 60 or additional information may still be required.

 

Afternoon Session

The afternoon session is CLASSIFIED TS/SCI and requires a valid clearance be submitted and on file in order to attend. To submit your clearance to the Special Security Office (SSO), please follow the Clearance/Visit Request instructions on the link below.

Details and directions to assist in submitting Clearances/Visit Requests

Prior to arrival, the visitor's clearance/visit request must be on file with the Special Security Office (SSO) for visits involving Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).

Send Clearance/Visit Requests

  • via secure fax, to SSO at (703) 812-1995
  • via unclassified fax, to SSO at (703) 528-3655
  • via JWICS, the requesting SSO may send a message with the visit information to SSO DARPA
  • via DISS, the requesting SSO may send a visit request using the SMO Code: DDAAUS2.
